Database-as-a-service (DBaaS) company DataStax is releasing a brand-new support service for its open-source based unified occasions processing engine, Kaskada, that is targeted at helping enterprises build real-time artificial intelligence applications.Dubbed LunaML, the new
service will offer customers with”mission-critical assistance and deal options for occurrence action time as low as 15 minutes,”the business said, adding that enterprises will also have the ability to intensify concerns to the core Kaskada engineering team for more evaluation and troubleshooting.The business is using two packages for raising tickets by the name
of LunaML Requirement and LunaML Premium, which in turn guarantees a 4-hour and 1-hour response time respectively, the business said in a post on Thursday. Under the standard strategy, business can raise 18 tickets annually. The Premium plan uses the choice to raise 52 tickets in one year. Strategy pricing was not immediately available.DataStax got Kaskada in January for an undisclosed amount with the intent of including Kaskada’s abilities into its offerings, such as its serverless, NoSQL database-as-a-service AstraDB and Astra Streaming. DataStax’s acquisition of Kaskada was based upon expected need for artificial intelligence applications. The business believes that Kaskada’s abilities can fix difficulties of cost and scaling around artificial intelligence applications, as the technologyis designed to process large amounts of occasion information that is either streamed or saved in databases, and its time-based abilities can be used to create and update functions for machine learning designs based upon sequences of occasions, or with time.
