Go language hits top 10 in the Tiobe index

Google’s Go language, or golang, has reached its highest position ever in the Tiobe language appeal index. The language, now in the 8th ranked position for language appeal, has been on the increase for several years.Go, which

is most likely best known as the language utilized to establish Docker and Kubernetes, reached the top 10 in the Tiobe index a year ago, but its present position is the greatest ever.Paul Jansen, CEO of Tiobe, remembered how Go scaled the Tiobe index after being announced by Google in November 2009, winning Tiobe’s Language of the Year award. That award goes to the language that has actually acquired the most appeal in a given year, however when it comes to Go, the appeal was short-lived. “Suddenly, the buzz was over soon.
