Install Dropbox Capture

From the Capture window, click the alternative for Screen recording. Then, click or press Get in to tape your whole screen, or click and drag with your mouse to record a specific location of screen activity. Tape your screen and yourself If you want to tape a video of yourself narrating
the screen recording, click the
choice for Screen recording+cam. Click or press Go into to tape-record your entire screen; drag with your mouse to tape a certain area of screen activity; or press the spacebar to choose and tape a specific window.
